Throughout the course of the planning and building of our new home, Mr. Buzby was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and time log. He chose and managed the sub-contractors well.
Our job was done with care and precision. In addition, his team was extremely clean and tidy in the workplace.
The only complexity in working with Mr. Buzby is that, as he himself will tell you, good work takes time to complete. Patience is required when you work with a perfectionist on both sides.

We are new to the Onsted area and we were concerned about building a home in a community new to us. We fell in love with Lake Loch Erin and couldn’t be happier. The manner in which customer problems are handled separate adequate companies from superior companies. Our home was finished on time and there were a few punch list items and most of these had already been flagged. As we settled into our new home, we have had some questions, and Mr. Buzby has been right there for us.
